Considering the situation our world is in, we want to notify you of an update to our admission requirements here at Southern Utah University.
We are now accepting the Duolingo test as proof of English proficiency. Duolingo is available around the world–wherever the internet can be accessed.
It can be taken on laptops and personal devices and the cost of the exam is affordable.
● A score of 100 is the base for undergraduate admissions.
● A score of 105 is the base for graduate admissions.
We still accept TOEFL, IELTS and iTEP and have added Duolingo as a very convenient option that can be taken from your own home. iTEP and TOEFL have launched new test from home options. These also might be easier and more affordable than other alternatives. Please let us know if you have any questions.
